EXCLUSIVE: ITV2 is letting go of two high-profile U.S. acquisitions. The youth-skewing digi-net has opted not to renew their licensing agreements for the Allison Janney/Anna Farris comedy series Mom and the Elyes Gabel fronted drama Scorpion, TVWise can reveal. 
ITV2 is heading to the Savannah. The digi-net has given the green-light to Survival Of The Fittest, a new entertainment series set in the South Africa that hails from the makers of Love Island. 
The Vampire Diaries will return to ITV2 to finish airing its eighth and final season from Tuesday March 14th at 11:55pm, it has been announced. 
CBS's comedy series The Great Indoors will receive its UK premiere on ITV2 on Monday January 9th at 9:30pm, it has been announced. The fourth season of CBS' comedy series Mom will receive its UK premiere on ITV2 on Thursday December 15th at 12:25am with a double-bill, it has been announced. The eighth and final season of The Vampire Diaries will receive its UK premiere on ITV2 on Tuesday November 8th at midnight, it has been announced. 
The third season of CBS' drama series Scorpion will receive its UK premiere on ITV2 on Saturday October 22nd at 8:50pm, it has been announced. 
ITV2 has given the greenlight to Timewasters, a six episode scripted time-travel comedy series which hails from Daniel Lawrence Taylor and Big Talk Productions, TVWise has learned.
