Dakota Blue Richards (Skins, The Golden Compass) has joined the cast of ITV's Morse prequel Endeavour as a series regular for its upcoming third season. She has been cast as WPC Shirley Trewlove and will appear in the final three episodes of the season. 
The second season of ITV's Ian McKellen and Derek Jabobi fronted comedy series Vicious will premiere on Monday June 1st at 9pm, it has been announced. 
ITV has given the greenlight to Victoria, an 8 episode drama series about Queen Victoria from Daisy Goodwin and Poldark & Endeavour indie Mammoth Screen. Casting is currently underway, with production set to commence this September. 
Fresh off of picking up eight episode period drama Jericho, ITV has given the greenlight to Peter & Wendy, a new two-hour adaptation of the J.M. Barrie novel Peter Pan. The cast includes Paloma Faith (Blandings), Stanley Tucci (Fortitude) and Laura Fraser (Breaking Bad).
ITV has given the green-light to Jericho, a period drama starring Jessica Raine (Line Of Duty), Hans Matheson (The Tudors) and Clarke Peters (The Wire) which is set in the Yorkshire Dales in the 1870s. The series, which has received an order for 8 episodes, begins production later this month for a 2016 premiere. ITV has released the first teaser image for Jekyll & Hyde, a new 10 episode drama which is described as a new "modern day" take on the famous story and hails from novelist Charlie Higson and ITV Studios.
