Neil Morrissey (Line Of Duty) has joined the cast of ITV's period drama Grantchester for its six episode second season, which is currently in production in London, Cambridge, and Grantchester for a 2016 premiere. He will play Harding Redmond, a resident of Grantchester and grieving father whose teenage daughter Abigail is found dead in suspicious circumstances. Heartbroken and desperate to get to the bottom of what happened to Abigail, Harding accuses Sidney Chambers (James Norton) of having an inappropriate relationship with her.

‘Scott & Bailey’ Renewed For Shortened Fifth Season At ITV

Close to a year after the show's fourth season wrapped its run, ITV has renewed police drama Scott & Bailey starring Suranne Jones and Lesley Sharp for a shortened fifth run. Three episodes have been ordered for the fifth season, down significantly from the eight episodes that comprised seasons two through four.
