EXCLUSIVE: ITV Orders Four-Part Thriller ‘Innocent’ From ‘Unforgotten’ Scribe Chris Lang
EXCLUSIVE: ITV has given the green-light to Innocent, a four part thriller starring Hermione Norris (Spooks, In The Club) and Lee Ingleby (Inspector George Gently, The A Word) which hails from Unforgotten scribe Chris Lang, Matt Arlidge and their production company TXTV, TVWise has learned. 
After previously teasing the series with a short glimpse of Jenna Coleman in character as Queen Victoria, ITV has now released a full trailer for their upcoming eight episode royal drama Victoria, which is set to premiere this Autumn. The new trailer shows Victoria (Jenna Coleman) as she learns of the death of her father and faces the daunting prospect of ascending to the throne at a very young age. It also teases somehting of a show-down between the young monarch and her first Prime Minister, Lord Melbourne (Rufus Sewell).
ITV has commissioned sister company Potato to produce Devon And Cornwall Blues, a three-episode prime-time factual series following the activities of the Devon and Cornwall Police, TVWise has learned.
International distributor ITV Studios Global Entertainment has lined up the first deals for ITV's six-part murder mystery Loch Ness,
After a months long search, ITV has found the lead actress for their Prime Suspect prequel series Tennison. Stefanie Martini, who is coming off of a starring role in NBC's upcoming The Wizard Of Oz series Emerald City, will take on the part of a Jane Tennison - the role played by Dame Helen Mirren in Prime Suspect between 1991 and 2006. Martini's previous credits include Doctor Thorne and Endeavour.
Birds Of A Feather is returning to ITV. The commercial broadcaster has ordered an hour-long Christmas Special to air this December, which will be set overseas - making it the first Birds Of A Feather to be set outside the UK in some twenty years.
