Sir Michael Gambon (Harry Potter, The Casual Vacancy) has signed on for a co-starring role opposite Peaky Blinders and Skyfall star Helen McCrory in ITV's legal thriller Fearless, which hails from Homeland writer & executive producer Patrick Harbinson and Poldark indie Mammoth Screen, TVWise has learned. Jamie Bamber (Battlestar Galactica) and Wunmi Mosaku (Our Loved Boy) have also been cast in the six-parter.

ITV Renews ‘The X Factor’ & ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ Through 2019

The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent are staying put on ITV. The commercial broadcaster has struck a new three-year deal with Syco Entertainment and FremantleMedia UK to renew both shows through to 2019. Under said deal, Britain's Got Talent will return in Spring 2017, with The X Factor following in the Autumn.
