ITV is adding to the cast of Marcella. Hugo Speer (The Musketeers, Britannia, The Full Monty) and Amanda Burton (Waterloo Road, Silent Witness) have joined the cast of the Anna Friel fronted drama for season three. Fresh off of picking up another season of Morse prequel Endeavour, ITV has also handed out a renewal to fellow Sunday night drama Vera. The Brenda Blethyn fronted crime drama will return to ITV with a four episode tenth season in 2020. “Along with the rest of the cast of Vera, I’m delighted to be embarking on series ten", Blethyn said. "The enthusiasm and warmth shown to Vera has been overwhelming and we can’t wait to get started. Newcastle here we come!”
