ITV Releases Trailer For ‘Bancroft’ Season 2
ITV has released the trailer for the second season of Bancroft, which is set to premiere in early 2020. Bancroft explores what happens when heinous crimes, long buried in the past, come back to haunt us. It follows Elizabeth Bancroft, a respected DCI who has given her life to the police force. Trusted and adored by her colleagues, promotion to Detective Chief Superintendent looks assured. The drama series, which was created by Kate Brooke, is produced by Tall Story Pictures and stars Sarah Parish, Adrian Edmondson, Adam Long, Lee Boardman, Charles Babalola, Ryan McKen, Shameem Ahmad, Charlotte Hope, David Avery and Jacqueline Boatswain. 
ITV's workplace bullying drama Sticks And Stones (formerly known as The Man) will premiere on Monday December 16th at 9pm, and will the continue to air daily in the same time-slot, it has been announced.
ITV has released a first look image of David Tennant in character as serial killer Dennis Nilsen in their just announced three-part drama Des. The three-parter tells the story of Nilsen, who murdered boys and young men in his flat from 1978 to 1983. He was undetected for five years, and it was only when DCI Peter Jay was called to 23 Cranley Gardens on 9 February, 1983, to investigate human fragments of flesh and bone clogging the drains, that the police realised they had a serial killer on their hands.
ITV has ordered Des, a three-part drama about the arrest and trial of serial killer Dennis "Des" Nilsen. David Tennant (Broadchurch, Good Omens) is attached to star in the lead role as Des.
ITV has released a first look image of Michael Sheen (Masters Of Sex) in character as Chris Tarrant in their upcoming three-part factual drama Quiz.
It's one and done for Wild Bill. ITV has cancelled the Rob Lowe fronted series after a single six episode season, TVWise has confirmed. The series wrapped its run on the channel back in July 2019. BBC Radio Lincolnshire were the first to report the news.
It's the end of the road for Beecham House.... at least in the UK. ITV has opted not to pick up a second season of the period drama from Gurinder Chadha, TVWise has confirmed. That said, Chadha is in talks with international broadcasters in the hopes of securing a second season commission.
