Investigation Discovery UK has picked up James Patterson's Murder Is Forever, the scripted true crime series produced for the U.S. Investigation Discovery network. The series, which runs six episodes, will premiere on ID UK on Friday March 16th at 10pm. 
Investigation Discovery UK has picked up Adnan Syed: Innocent Or Guilty, a one-off special looking into the case made famous by the first season of the award winning podcast Serial, TVWise has learned. The special will premiere in the UK on ID on Wednesday June 15th at 9pm. Investigation Discovery is entering the scripted game. The network has given the greenlight to their first ever original scripted drama Serial Thriller, a three-part miniseries which is set in the heart of a small community as they are terrorized by a serial killer.
