HBO is doing a u-turn. After initially renewing the series for a 10 episode second season back in July, the premium cable network has opted to cancel their Jack Black fronted comedy series The Brink, TVWise has confirmed.

Sesame Street is on the move. The iconic kids series is set to move to HBO after the premium cable network struck a deal with production company Sesame Workshop. Under the deal, HBO will get an "exclusive window" on new episodes for the next five seasons, before they are subsequently broadcast on PBS and member stations some nine months later.
HBO is (once again) actively considering a two-hour Deadwood TV movie to wrap up storylines left lingering by the abrupt end of the show, it has emerged. Word of this new development first emerged on social media, when original cast member Garret Dillahunt revealed he had heard rumours that the network was looking at greenlighting a movie. In response to that HBO issued the following statement: "In reference to Garret Dillahunt’s tweet regarding the rumored Deadwood movie, there have only been very preliminary conversations".
