TV Trailer: ‘True Detective’ Season 2
HBO has released a new trailer for the upcoming second season of Nic Pizzolatto's hit anthology series True Detective. In the show’s second season, which once again runs eight episodes, a bizarre murder brings together three law-enforcement officers and a career criminal, each of whom must navigate a web of conspiracy and betrayal in the scorched landscapes of California. The cast for new season includes Colin Farrell, Vince Vaughn, Rachel McAdams, Taylor Kitsch and Kelly Reilly. 
The Crazy Ones and The Practice creator David E. Kelley's limited series Big Little Lies has landed at premium cable network HBO, who took in the packaged series after fending off competition from numerous other networks including Netflix. Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon are attached to star.
Sarah Jessica Parker is back at HBO. The premium cable has handed out a series order to Divorce, their single-camera comedy project from Dead Boss creator Sharon Horgan which is being toplined by the former Sex And The City star, TVWise has confirmed
Veep creator Armando Iannucci is set to exit the HBO series he created after serving as executive producer and showrunner for the past four seasons. To fill the void, the network has tapped Curb Your Enthusiasm's David Mandel to serve as showrunner going forward.
HBO has released the first trailer for the second season of True Detective, which is set to premiere on Sunday June 21st at 9/8c.
