Happy! is crossing the pond. Netflix UK has secured the exclusive rights to Syfy's action-comedy series starring Chris Meloni (Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Surviving Jack) and Patton Oswalt (The Goldbergs, Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.)
