Amazon Prime Video Acquires UK Rights To Starz’s ‘American Gods’
Starz's American Gods adaptation has found a UK home. Amazon Prime Video has secured the exclusive UK rights to the series after striking a deal with FremantleMedia International, TVWise has learned. The streaming service has also acquired rights to American Gods in Austria, Germany and Japan. 

No Offence is heading to France. International distributor FremantleMedia International has sold Paul Abbott's Channel 4 cop dramedy to French broadcaster France Télévisions, who will air the series on their channel France 2, TVWise has learned.
FremantleMedia International is set to handle global distribution for BBC One's three-part John Lanchester adaptation Capital after striking a deal with production company Kudos Film & Television, TVWise has learned. 
FremantleMedia International (FMI) has secured the international distribution rights to the recently green-lit eight episode papal miniseries The Young Pope, starring Jude Law (Sherlock Holmes, Spy). FMI will handle distribution in all territories except the US, France, the UK, Ireland, Italy and Germany, where co-production partners HBO, Canal+ and Sky control the rights.
