FOX UK has secured the UK broadcast rights to Seth MacFarlane's Galaxy Quest style sci-fi series The Orville, which is distributed internationally by Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution. A UK premiere date has not yet been set. 
There are big changes afoot at Fox Networks Group UK. Long-time Head of Programming and Scheduling Toby Etheridge, who has been in post since 2010, is exiting the company. He will be replaced Shoshana Wilson, who is currently serving as Director of Global Acquisitions in the regional European Team. Additionally, Jeff Ford, who joined FOX UK as Managing Director in 2015, has announced plans to retire after a career in the industry that has spanned four decades. 
FOX UK has acquired long-running procedural Bones, which was originally produced for their U.S. namesake, after striking a deal with sister company Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution. 
FOX UK is adding a second prime-time drama series set in the X-Men universe to their slate. The Fox Networks Group backed channel has acquired the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to The Gifted after striking a deal with international distributor Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution. 
The third and final season of Murder In The First will receive its UK premiere on FOX UK on Tuesday September 12th at 9pm, it has been announced. 
Lucifer has found a second UK home. FOX UK has secured the linear broadcast rights to the DC Comics show starring Tom Ellis after striking a deal with international distributor Warner Bros. International Television Distribution. 
The seventh season of American Horror Story will receive its UK premiere on FOX UK on Friday September 8th at 10pm, it has been announced.
