Alibi has picked up two new U.S. acquisitions. The UKTV owned and operated channel has struck deals with WarnerMedia and Endeavor Content for TNT's I Am The Night and Paramount Network's Waco, respectively. Both series will premiere on Alibi later this year. UKTV's Head of Acquisitions brokered both licensing agreements with WarnerMedia and Endeavor Content.

Mere hours after BBC America renewed Killing Eve for a third season, the BBC has picked up the UK rights to the new season. It will air in both a linear slot on BBC One and will be made available as a boxset on BBC Three (via iPlayer). Endeavor Content handles global sales.

Yellowstone is crossing the pond. Paramount Network has secured the UK rights to the Kevin Costner fronted drama series. The deal covers the first two seasons of the show. 101 Studios and Endeavor Content are handling international distribution.

Following on from the successful launch of season one, the BBC has secured the UK rights to the second season of Phoebe Waller-Bridge's BBC America series Killing Eve from international distributor Endeavor Content. As was the case with season one, the show's second season will air in a linear slot on BBC One and stream as a box-set on BBC Three. Production on season two is now underway ahead of a 2019 premiere.

Endeavour Content is set to handle global sales for State Of The Union, Nick Hornby's new short-form comedy series which is being produced for U.S. cable network SundanceTV. Endeavor will launch the ten-part series to international buyers at MIPCOM later this month.

In what is a uniquely structured agreement with Endeavor Content, the BBC has acquired the UK rights to BBC America's new original drama series Killing Eve, which hails from Flebag's Phoebe Waller-Bridge. The package gives the Beeb the rights to air the show on both BBC One and BBC Three.
