Discovery Networks International has acquired one-off Africa's Piranha for their Animal Planet channels in the UK Africa, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, China, Taiwan India, Southeast Asia, the Pacific Rim after agreeing a deal with wildlife and factual entertainment producer and distributor Earth Touch. 
National Geographic Channels International has taken global rights to a raft of programmes produced and distributed by Earth Touch. The five programmes covered by said deal include Tiger On The Run, Electric Amazon, I, Crocodile, Creative Killers and After Dark; all of which will air international on National Geographic Channels International's Nat Geo Wild channel later this year. 
Earth Touch has inked a slew of deals with National Geographic which will see the indie produce a three-part series titled 'Predator Fail' and co-produce three one-off specials (March of The Elephants, Blood Rivals: Lion Vs. Buffalo and Cobra Mafia) for the international Nat Geo Wild channels.
