There will be no happy ending for Alex Lannon and the residents of Vega. Syfy has cancelled their post-apocalyptic drama series Dominion, based on the 2010 feature film Legion, after two seasons, TVWise has confirmed. 
The second season of Syfy's post-apocalyptic drama series Dominion will receive its UK premiere on Syfy UK on Wednesday July 15th at 9pm, it has been announced. 
Syfy has unveiled their Summer schedule and set premiere dates for the third season of Defiance; the second season of Dominion; new sci-fi series Dark Matter, from Stargate's Paul Mullie and Joseph Mallozzi; and Killjoys, starring Warehouse 13 alum Aaron Ashmore. 
Syfy UK has released a new trailer for the new series 'Dominion, which premieres on Thursday October 30th at 10pm. 
Syfy UK has closed a deal with sister company NBCUniversal International Television Distribution to acquire the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to 'Dominion', with plans to debut the series later this year. 
Syfy has ordered a 13 episode third season of 'Defiance' and a 13 episode second season of 'Dominion'.
