Fresh on the heels of the season twelve finale, BBC One has announced that Doctor Who will return for a Christmas special later this year. The special will feature the return of The Doctor's iconic enemies, The Daleks. The special is titled 'Revolution Of The Daleks'.

BBC One has released the trailer for the upcoming twelfth season of Doctor Who, which is set to premiere on early 2020. Few details have been released about season twelve, other than that The Judoon are set to return. As TVWise previously reported, Stephen Fry and Sir Lenny Henry are set to appear in guest starring roles in the twelfth season premiere. Doctor Who is bringing back The Judoon for the show's twelfth season, which is presently filming ahead of a 2020 premiere. Additionally, Neil Stuke (Doctor Foster, Silk, Silent Witness) has been set to guest star in an unspecified role. The Judoon were first introduced in the 2007 episode Smith And Jones, in which they terrorised the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones on the moon. The rhino-headed, brutish intergalactic police are returning to cause havoc and they are on a deadly mission: But what for? And why has it brought them to present-day Gloucester?
