FOX UK has released the trailer and a number of first look images for the second season of Deep State, which is set to premiere this spring. Walton Goggins Joins FNG’s ‘Deep State’ For Season 2
Fox Networks Group Europe & Africa has found the new lead for Deep State. Former The Shield and Justified star Walton Goggins has signed on for a starring role in the second season of the spy drama. In addition to starring, he will also serve as an executive producer. Goggins will play Nathan Miller, a former CIA operative who now works in the private sector as a “Michael Clayton like” fixer for the deep state. He succeeds Mark Strong, who played Max Easton, and exited the show at the end of season one. ‘Deep State’ Gets Early Second Season Renewal
Fox Networks Group Europe & Africa has renewed their first regional scripted commission, espionage thriller Deep State, for a second season. The early renewal comes mere hours before the show's first season is set to launch on FOX UK and after FNG has secured a slew of international sales for the show.
