The CW Renews ‘Arrow’, ‘The Flash’, ‘Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’, ‘Supernatural’ & More
Just as they have in previous years, The CW announced a litany of renewals for their existing scripted line-up during their executive panel at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour. Getting the nod for next season is Arrow (season six), The Flash (season four), Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (season three), Supernatural (season thirteen!), Jane The Virgin (season four), Supergirl (season three) and DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow (season three).

The CW has set their line-up for the 2015-2016 season by handing out series orders to three of their drama pilots. The three dramas to get the nod were the Arrow/The Flash team-up spin-off (now titled DC's Legends Of Tomorrow), Belgian adaptation Cordon and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (which was initally developed as a half-hour at premium cable network Showtime).
British actor Franz Drameh has joined the cast of The CW's proposed Arrow & The Flash spin-off, which is presently being eyed for a berth on the network's mid-season schedule. He has been cast as Jay Jackson, a former high school athlete, whose pro-career was derailed by injury. Now making ends meets as an auto mechanic, Jay will come to have a surprising affiliation to the S.T.A.R. Labs crew.
