ITV Sets Premiere Date For ‘Dark Angel’

ITV's two-part drama Dark Angel, which is based on the true story of Victorian era serial killer Mary Ann Cotton, will premiere on Monday October 31st at 9pm, it has been announced.

Alun Armstrong (New Tricks,), Laura Morgan (The Suspicions Of Mr Whicher), Jonas Armstrong (Robin Hood), Sam Hoare (Life in Squares) Emma Fielding (DCI Banks) and Penny Layden (Call The Midwife) have signed on for co-starring roles opposite Downton Abbey's Joanne Froggatt in ITV's two-part drama Dark Angel.

ITV has given the green-light to Dark Angel, a two-part drama which is based on the true story of Victorian serial killer Mary Ann Cotton. Joanne Froggatt (Downton Abbey) is attached to star, with production set to commence in August in North Yorkshire and County Durham.
