Comedy Central UK has secured the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to TV Land's single-camera comedy series Teachers, TVWise has learned. The show's ten episode first season is set to premiere on the channel on Monday November 7th at 11pm with a double-bill. 
The eighth season of ABC's comedy series The Middle will receive its UK premiere on Comedy Central UK on Tuesday October 25th at 8pm, it has been announced. 
Comedy Central UK has picked up their adaptation of U.S. format Drunk History for a third season, TVWise has learned. In line with previous seasons, the channel has ordered eight episodes for season three. 
After piloting the project last month, Comedy Central UK has handed out an 8 episode series order to non-scripted social media format Feeding Chris Ramsey. The show's first season is set to premiere in 2017. Comedy Central UK has ordered a pilot for an as-yet untitled comedy-entertainment series which will be fronted by comedian Chris Ramsey, TVWise has learned. The untitled pilot will feature Ramsey and guest comedians ‘taking a fast-paced look at the stories everybody has been talking about and sharing via social media`, via a mixture of regular and random games, pre-recorded items and audience interaction in an informal studio setting. 
Comedy Central UK has renewed Drunk History, their local adaptation of the U.S. format of the same name, for a second season, TVWise has learned. Eight episodes have been ordered for the show's second season, which is set to premiere in 2016. 
The second season of Broad City will receive its UK premiere on Comedy Central UK on Monday November 2nd at 11pm, it has been announced 
Viacom International Media Networks UK are restructuring the programming management teams for both MTV UK and Comedy Central UK. Louise Holmes, who has been serving as VP of Programming for Comedy Central UK since 2013, has been named Vice-President of Linear and Multi-Platform Programming and will lead a new "combined creative" team, with responsibility for both MTV UK and Comedy Central UK. She will report directly to Jill Offman, Managing Director of Comedy Central UK and MTV UK.
