Robert Glenister, Joseph Quinn & Nick Blood Join BBC One’s ‘Strike’

BBC One has set the cast for Lethal White. Robert Glenister (Curfew), Joseph Quinn (Les Misérables) and Nick Blood (Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.) are set to guest star in the fourth installment of their Strike series, which is based on J.K. Rowling’s Cormoran Strike novel series. They join a returning cast that includes Tom Burke, Holliday Grainger, Natasha O’Keeffe and Kerr Logan.

Strike Back is coming to and end. The Sky One/Cinemax special forces drama has been renewed for a final season - its eighth on Sky One and seventh on Cinemax (the HBO sister network aired the first season as miniseries Strike Back: Origins back in 2013).

Special forces drama Strike Back - which is a co-production between Sky One and HBO's sister channel Cinemax - has been renewed for another season. This is the seventh season for Sky and the sixth for Cinemax (the latter of whom aired the initial season as a spin-off titled Strike Back: Origins).

Left Bank Pictures Developing ‘Strike Back’ Feature Film

Despite the decision end the series with its most recent season, we might not have seen the last of Strike Back just yet. Entertainment Weekly is reporting that series producer Left Bank Pictures is in the early stages of developing a feature film based on the TV series which aired five seasons between 2010 and 2015 on Sky1 in the UK and HBO's sister channel Cinemax in the United States.
