Insurgent Media Inks First Look Deal With Cathy Konrad, Sets Spy Thriller Series ‘Cicada 3301’ As First Project

Insurgent Media - the production company set up by Academy Award winner Fisher Stevens - has inked a first-look deal with Cathy Konrad, the producer behind such TV series as Vegas, Zoo (pictured) and Scream. The first project being developed under the pact is Cicadia 3301, a TV series based on the global online codebreaking phenomenon of the same name.
