Rachel DiPillo (Jane The Virgin) and Torrey DeVitto (The Vampire Diaries) have joined the cast of NBC's latest Chicago Fire spin-off Chicago Med as series regulars, TVWise has learned. DiPillo, who has also enjoyed stints on such shows as NCIS, Mad Men and Emily Owens, M.D., will play Dr. Sarah Reese, an emergency room intern who’s fresh out of medical school. While DeVitto has been cast as Dr. Lilly Manning, a pregnant ER physician. Her previous television credits include Pretty Little Liars, Army Wives, One Tree Hill and Beautiful People.
