‘Criminal Minds’ Adds CSI Miami Alum Adam Rodriguez As Series Regular
CBS is adding to the cast of Criminal Minds following the recent departure of original cast member Shemar Moore. Adam Rodriguez, who starred in all ten seasons of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation spin-off CSI Miami as Eric Delko, has signed on as a series regular for the upcoming twelfth season of the long-running procedural, TVWise has learned. 
Prolific producer Frank Spotnitz is getting another series on-air. CBS has given the green-light to Ransom, a thirteen episode thriller series starring Luke Roberts (Game Of Thrones) which hails from Spotnitz, his indie Big Light Production and David Vainola, TVWise has learned. 

It's the end of the road for Mike & Molly. CBS has cancelled the comedy series starring Melissa McCarthy and Billy Gardell less than a month before the show's sixth season is set to premiere.
Danny Pino is heading to Washington, D.C. The former Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star, who exited the NBC procedural at the end of last season, has signed on for a series regular role on BrainDead, CBS's newest Summer series which hails from CBS Television Studios and The Good Wife creators Robert and Michelle King. 
CBS has handed out a five episode back-order to their Marcia Gay Harden fronted medical drama Code Black, TVWise has learned. With the partial pick-up, the show's first season will now consist of eighteen episodes.
