‘Criminal Minds’ Spin-Off, ‘Rush Hour’, ‘Angel From Hell’ & More Ordered To Series At CBS
CBS is following up on its early pick up for Supergirl by handing out series orders to two comedies (Angel From Hell and Life In Pieces) and four dramas (Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, Limitless, Rush Hour and Code Black).
It was always considered a shoo-in but now it's official: CBS has handed out a series order to Supergirl, making it their first official pick up for the 2015-2016 broadcast season.

Melina Kanakaredes has landed a recurring role on CBS' Halle Berry fronted Summer sci-fi drama Extant. She will appear in two episodes of the show's upcoming second season as Dorothy, a judge who also happens to be the estranged wife of bounty hunter JD Richter (new cast member Jeffrey Dean Morgan).

Psych alum Maggie Lawson has signed on to star opposite Jane Lynch (Glee) in Angel From Hell, CBS' comedy pilot from Bent executive producer Tad Quill and the network's sister studio CBS Television Studios.
