‘Victoria’ Star Leo Suter Joins BBC Three’s ‘Clique’
Leo Suter, who recurred as Drummond on ITV's Victoria, has joined the cast for the second season of BBC Three's drama series Clique. Details of his character are being kept under wraps. Suter joins a returning cast that includes Synnove Karlsen as Holly, Sophia Brown as Louise and Rachel Hurd-Wood as Rachel. Other cast additions for season two include Barney Harris (The Hollow Crown), Imogen King (Darkest Hour), Stuart Campbell (Outlander), Izuka Hoyle (Mary, Queen of Scots) and newcomers and recent graduates Jyuddah Jaymes and Nicholas Nunn. 
BBC Three has renewed mockumentary This Country for a third season. Additionally, they have also commissioned a one-off forty-minute special. The renewal comes on the back of impressive ratings performance for the show, which wrapped its second season last month. On BBC Three (via iPlayer) the show has had more than 11 million requests, while repeat broadcasts on BBC One have attracted audiences of well over a million viewer - winning its slot every week.
In what is a uniquely structured agreement with Endeavor Content, the BBC has acquired the UK rights to BBC America's new original drama series Killing Eve, which hails from Flebag's Phoebe Waller-Bridge. The package gives the Beeb the rights to air the show on both BBC One and BBC Three.
After months of rumours, BBC Three has confirmed that they have renewed comedy series Fleabag for a second season. The announcement was made by series creator and star Phoebe Waller-Bridge at the Edinburgh International Television Festival.
BBC Three is setting their sights on the Love Island audience with similarly themed series Croatia 2017: The Brits Are Coming. Croatia 2017 follows young Brits as they embark on the holiday of a lifetime in the increasingly popular party destination.
