Three-part drama Mrs Wilson will premiere on BBC One on Tuesday November 27th at 9pm, it has been announced. Mrs Wilson (formerly known as The Wilsons) is set between 1940s and 1960s London and follows Alison Wilson, who thinks she is happily married until her husband dies and a woman turns up on her doorstep claiming that she is the real Mrs. Wilson. BBC One has released a first look image from their upcoming three-part Andrea Levy adaptation The Long Song. It is set during the final days of slavery in 19th century Jamaica and tells the story of the strong-willed, young slave July on a plantation owned by her odious mistress Caroline Mortimer. When a charming new arrival to the island, Robert Goodwin, becomes the new overseer, July and Caroline are both intrigued by his seemingly revolutionary determination to improve the plantation for the slaves and mistress alike. Following on from the successful launch of season one, the BBC has secured the UK rights to the second season of Phoebe Waller-Bridge's BBC America series Killing Eve from international distributor Endeavor Content. As was the case with season one, the show's second season will air in a linear slot on BBC One and stream as a box-set on BBC Three. Production on season two is now underway ahead of a 2019 premiere.
