BBC One has handed out a six episode series order to Showtrial, a drama series about a trial that grips the nation, placing victim and accused - as well as their families - at the heart of a media storm. It hails from Line Of Duty and Bodyguard indie World Productions. 
BBC One has ordered But When We Dance, a one-off drama about two people who both have Parkinson's and a shared love of dance. But When We Dance is described as a touching and hilarious story about two people, Tony and Emma, with lots in common - a great sense of humour, a love of dance, and Parkinson’s. 
The Mrs Brown’s Boys New Year’s special will premiere on BBC One on New Year's Day (Wednesday January 1st) at 10:30pm, it has been announced.

Profumo Affair drama The Trial Of Christine Keeler will premiere on BBC One on Sunday December 29th at 9pm, it has been announced. 
UPDATE: The Goes Wrong Show will premiere on BBC One on Monday December 23rd at 7:30pm. Subsequent episodes will air on Fridays at 8:30pm, beginning on January 3rd. 
Mimi And The Mountain Dragon will premiere on BBC One on Boxing Day (Thursday December 26th) at 3:20pm, it has been announced.
