BBC One’s ‘Father Brown’ Back In Production For Season 9
Father Brown is back in production. The BBC daytime series has returned to filming for its ninth season after production was put on hold last year due to the COVID pandemic. Despite the interruption to the shooting schedule, the ninth season will still consist of ten episodes, including the series' 100th episode. 
Time will premiere on BBC One on Sunday June 6th at 9pm, it has been announced. In addition to announcing the premiere date, BBC One has also released the trailer for the series.
BBC One has released a first look image of Martin Freeman from their upcoming drama series The Responder, which is now filming in and around Liverpool City Region.
James Frain (Star Trek: Discovery, True Detective), Tracy Ifeachor (Quantico, Treadstone), Sharon D. Clarke (Rocks, Doctor Who), Sinéad Keenan (Little Boy Blue, Care), Celine Buckens (Warrior, Bridgerton), Kerr Logan (Strike, Game Of Thrones) and Lolita Chakrabarti (Vigil, Criminal: UK) have been cast in BBC One's Showtrial.
The Pursuit Of Love will premiere on BBC One on Sunday May 9th at 9pm, it has been announced.
The second season of This Time With Alan Partridge will premiere on BBC One on Friday April 30th at 9:30pm, it has been announced.
