Amazon Prime Video Poaches UK Rights To Hulu’s ‘Future Man’ In Deal With Sony Pictures Television

Future Man is switching broadcasters here in the UK. Amazon Prime Video UK has secured the rights to Hulu's sci-fi series in a deal with international distributor Sony Pictures Television. The pick up comes after Syfy UK served as the UK broadcaster the show's first two seasons. The first two seasons are now available to stream for UK Prime members, while the final season will premiere on Saturday April 4th - less than 24 hours after it launches on Hulu state-side.

EXCLUSIVE: The Bold Type has lost its UK broadcaster. Amazon Prime Video UK has opted not to pick up the UK rights to the fourth season of the Freeform series from international distributor NBCUniversal International Distribution. A representative for the streamer confirmed that they would not be making season 4 available in the UK, though the first three seasons will remain available to stream for UK Prime members.

Amazon Prime Video Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘Outlander’ Season 5

The fifth season of Outlander will receive its UK premiere on Amazon Prime Video UK on Monday February 17th, it has been announced. New episodes will then continue to be made available to UK Prime subscribers every Monday, less than 24 hours after they initially air on Starz in the United States.

The second season of New Amsterdam will receive its UK premiere on Amazon Prime Video UK on Monday December 9th. The first nine episodes of season two will be available to stream on that date, with the rest of the season following in 2020.
