Amazon Prime Video has acquired the UK rights to Star Trek: Lower Decks after striking a deal with international distributor ViacomCBS Global Distribution Group. The series will receive its UK premiere on the streaming service on Friday January 22nd. 
This Is Us will return to Amazon Prime Video UK to finish airing its fifth season from Thursday January 7th, it has been announced. New episodes will then continue to be made available to UK Prime subscribers every Thursday, mere days after they initially air on NBC in the United States. 
Vikings will return to Amazon Prime Video UK with the final ten episodes of its sixth and final season on Wednesday December 30th, it has been announced. 
Amazon Prime Video UK has ordered The Rig, a six episode supernatural thriller series that hails from Wild Mercury Productions, new writer David Macpherson, and Line Of Duty helmer John Strickland. 
The fifth season of The Expanse will receive its UK premiere on Amazon Prime Video UK on Wednesday December 16th, when the first three episodes will be available to stream. New episodes will then continue to be made available every Wednesday. The fifth season of This Is Us will receive its UK premiere on Amazon Prime Video UK on Wednesday October 28th, when the first two episodes will be available to stream. New episodes will then continue to be made available to UK Prime subscribers every Wednesday, less than 24 hours after they initially air on NBC in the United States. 
Amazon Prime Video UK's Utopia reboot will premiere on Friday September 25th, it has been announced.
