Channel 5 is increasing the range of content they offer on My5. The broadcaster has struck content partnership deals with PBS America, Together, Little Dot Studios and BET for the VOD service. Additionally, they have extended their existing agreement with A+E Networks UK. 
A+E Networks UK is bringing one of their premium scripted acquisitions to free-to-air. TVWise can exclusively reveal that the company behind both History UK and Lifetime UK will be rolling out historical drama Vikings on their nascent free-to-air brand Blaze, beginning with the show's nine episode first season, from next month. 
A+E Networks UK - the company behind a range of channel brands including History, Lifetime and the recently launched Blaze - has raised close to £17 000 for military charity Team Rubicon UK. 
A+E Networks UK is expanding the reach of Blaze. The FTA channel, which initially launched in the UK in September , is now available on Freesat on channel 162 after A+E inked a deal with the subscription-free satellite TV platform. A+E Networks UK - the company behind such pay channels as Lifetime UK and History UK - has announced plans to launch a new free-to-air entertainment channel known as Blaze. 
Lifetime UK has picked up a second season of Britain's Next Top Model, after successfully launching the re-tooled version of the format earlier this year. Ten episodes have been ordered for season two. 
History UK has picked up the UK broadcast rights to factual series Hunting Hitler after striking a deal with sister company A+E Studios International, TVWise has learned. The eight episode series will premiere on History UK on Monday November 2nd at 10pm. 
Abbey Clancy is returning to Britain's Next Top Model. The model, who appeared on Next Top Model in 2006, has been selected to serve as head judge on the new series, which was picked up by Lifetime UK earlier this year after Sky Living opted not to proceed with the format in 2013. Other judges lined up for the series include Paul Sculfor, Hilary Alexander OBE and Nicky Johnston.
