Disney+’s Star Acquires ‘Last Man Standing’; Sets UK Premiere Date For Season 8
Last Man Standing is getting yet another UK home. Disney+'s Star brand has secured the SVOD rights to the Tim Allen comedy and will make the first eight seasons of the show available to stream from Wednesday July 28th. Notably, this marks the first time season 8 has aired on this side of the pond.

Sky is bringing the spin-offs of two of their existing acquisitions to the UK. Sky Witness has secured the UK rights to Fox's 9-1-1 spin-off 9-1-1: Lone Star and CBS' FBI spin-off FBI: Most Wanted. Both series will premiere on the channel next month.
Close to three years after it was cancelled, APB is finally crossing the pond. FOX UK has secured the UK rights to the short-lived cop drama after striking a deal with international distributor Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution. The series will premiere on FOX UK on Wednesday June 24th at 9pm.
Comedy Central UK has secured the UK rights to ABC's single-camera comedy series Single Parents after striking a deal with international distributor Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution. The show's first season will premiere on Monday August 5th at 9pm with a double-bill.
Speechless has found a UK home. E4 has acquired all three seasons of ABC's Minnie Driver fronted comedy after striking a deal with international distributor Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution (TCFTVD). No word on a premiere date beyond "coming soon".
