‘The X-Files’: Fox Remains In Talks With Chris Carter, Gillian Anderson & David Duchovny About Season 11
Over the past several months, Fox executives have made no attempt to hide the fact that they are keen to pick up an eleventh season of The X-Files. During the network's executive panel at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour, co-CEO and Chairman Dana Walden once again re-iterated their hopes to bring Mulder and Scully back to the network. Fox's President of Entertainment David Madden even went on record to state that, contrary to a recent report in the press, "significant talks" are indeed underway with Chris Carter, David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson about an eleventh season. 
Continuing the recent trend of iconic shows making a comeback, either by way of a reboot or revival, 20th Century Fox Television is actively developing a reboot of their hit 1980s legal drama L.A. Law, from original series co-creator Steven Bochco, TVWise has confirmed.
