‘The X-Files’: Fox Remains In Talks With Chris Carter, Gillian Anderson & David Duchovny About Season 11
Over the past several months, Fox executives have made no attempt to hide the fact that they are keen to pick up an eleventh season of The X-Files. During the network's executive panel at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour, co-CEO and Chairman Dana Walden once again re-iterated their hopes to bring Mulder and Scully back to the network. Fox's President of Entertainment David Madden even went on record to state that, contrary to a recent report in the press, "significant talks" are indeed underway with Chris Carter, David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson about an eleventh season. 
Continuing the recent trend of iconic shows making a comeback, either by way of a reboot or revival, 20th Century Fox Television is actively developing a reboot of their hit 1980s legal drama L.A. Law, from original series co-creator Steven Bochco, TVWise has confirmed. 
A new X-Men action adventure drama from Marvel Television, 20th Century Fox Television and Matt Nix has landed at Fox with a hefty put pilot commitment, TVWise has learned. Additionally, TVWise has confirmed that fellow Marvel project Hellfire will not be going forward at Fox. 
The A Team may be heading back to television. Rights holder 20th Century Fox Television is teaming up with Gang Related creator Chris Morgan and Sleepy Hollow's Albert Kim to develop a reboot of Stephen J. Cannell's classic 1980s procedural The A Team, TVWise has confirmed. 
Lee Daniels has inked a multi-year overall deal with 20th Century Fox Television, the studio behind his hit Fox series Empire, which last season broke all previous records and established itself as the highest rated broadcast drama in seven years after it grew its audience every week it was on the air. 
Archie Panjabi is to exit CBS' 'The Good Wife' at the end of the current season to star in a drama pilot for 20th Century Fox Television.
