Sky1 has unveiled their slate of original content for the year ahead. At an event held earlier today in London, the satcaster revealed an ambitious line up of new and returning content which includes ABC's reboot of The Muppets, which will premiere later this year; as well as previously announced projects Lucky Man, from Stan Lee (starring, amongst others, James Nesbitt); comedy After Hours, starring Ardal O'Hanlan, John Thomson and Jaime Winstone; and the Rob Lowe fronted NBC co-production You, Me & The Apocalypse. Less than 24 hours after 
ABC's Secrets & Lies has found a UK home. UKTV has closed a deal with Disney Media Distribution to acquire the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to the drama series for their flagship entertainment channel Watch, TVWise has learned. The show's 10 episode first season will premiere on Watch this September.
Some 24 hours ahead of the season three premiere, SundanceTV has renewed their southern drama Rectify for a fourth season. The exact size of the episode order for season four has yet to be determined and will likely be based on the ratings performance on season three, which has an order for six episodes.
Showtime has released the first trailer for their upcoming financial drama series Billions starring Damian Lewis (Homeland) and Paul Giamatti (John Adams), which is set to debut in early 2016.
ITV has given the green-light to Tutankhamun, a four-part "event mini-series" from sister company ITV Studios which tells the story of archaeologist Howard Carter’s discovery of the tomb of the boy-king Tutankhamun in the 1920s.
