Detective William Murdoch, Dr Julia Ogden and the Toronto constabulary will be bringing some festive cheer to UKTV this Christmas. UKTV's Alibi channel has revealed plans to air a special two-hour Christmas episode of Murdoch Mysteries on Tuesday December 22nd at 9pm as a stand alone TV movie (under the title Murdoch Mysteries: A Merry Murdoch Christmas), before the show's ninth season launches on the channel in 2016. Amazon Prime Instant Video Acquires UK Rights To Fox’s ‘Lucifer’

Amazon Prime Instant Video has secured the exclusive UK streaming rights to Fox 's upcoming DC series Lucifer after striking a deal with international distributor Warner Bros. NBC Cuts ‘The Player’ Order To 9 Episodes

Wesley Snipes' return to television is being cut short. NBC has cut the episode order for their Thursday night drama The Player to nine episodes, TVWise has learned. Production on the series will shut down once episode nine, which is currently being shot, is completed. Read More
