Netflix Marvel miniseries The Defenders will premiere on Friday August 18th, the streaming service has announced. Originally announced when Marvel and Netflix first pacted together back in 2013, The Defenders is described as being in a similar vein to the Avenger films in so far as it brings together the characters from Netflix's four Marvel shows Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist. AMC Global Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘Fear The Walking Dead’ Season 3
The third season of The Walking Dead spin-off Fear The Walking Dead will receive its UK premiere on AMC Global on Monday June 5th at 2am with a double-bill, simulcast with AMC's east coast feed. In addition to the 2am simulcast, AMC Global will repeat the two episodes later that same day in the show's regular 9pm time-slot. In a departure from the norm, however, Syfy UK, following the lead of its U.S. sister channel, will be making the complete third season available for a "binge watch"; with all ten episodes airing over three consecutive days. The first four episodes will air on Friday May 26th (9pm-1am), with three more following on Saturday May 27th (9pm-12am), followed by the final three episodes of the season on Sunday May 28th (9pm-12am).
