Showtime Renews Jim Carrey Comedy ‘Kidding’ For Second Season

Showtime has renewed their Jim Carrey comedy Kidding for a second season. The premium cable network has ordered ten episodes for the show's sophomore run, which is expected to air in 2019. Under the terms of the output deal between Showtime and Sky, Sky Atlantic holds the exclusive UK rights to Kidding. Freshman medical drama New Amsterdam, starring Ryan Eggold (The Blacklist) and Freema Agyeman (Law & Order: UK), has been picked up for a full season order by NBC.
