PBS America Acquires Frontline’s ‘The Mueller Investigation’ Documentary
PBS America has acquired The Mueller Investigation, Frontline's fast turnaround hour-long documentary about Trump’s war against the Special Counsel's investigation into collusion and obstruction of justice. All 4 has acquired the UK rights to AwesomenessTV's Light As A Feather after striking a deal with international distributor Viacom International Media Networks. The series will launch on All 4 on Monday April 1st. Light As A Feather follows four best friends who invite the shy new girl out on Halloween, but they soon regret their decision when she suggests they play a seemingly innocent game of ‘Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board’. The game goes awry when the five girls start dying off in the exact way that was predicted, forcing the survivors to figure out why they’ve been targeted – and whether the evil force hunting them down is one of their own. 
UKTV's Alibi channel has acquired the UK rights to New Zealand drama series The Bad Seed, which is based on the books by bestselling author Charlotte Grimshaw. The deal was struck with international distributor All3Media International. The five-part series will premiere on Alibi in May.
Freeform is making a move into the animated space. The Disney owned cable network has put two animated series into development: Betches, based on the multimedia brand of the same name; and Woman World, an adaptation of Aminder Dhaliwal’s graphic novel.
TNT has released the trailer for the fourth season of Animal Kingdom, which is set to premiere state-side on Tuesday May 28th at 9/8c. Amazon Prime Video UK holds rights to the series on this side of the pond, but have not yet set a UK premiere date for season four.
ITV has ordered Secrets Of The Royal Babies, a one-off hour-long documentary exploring what expectant mum Meghan can learn from royal mothers before her – from Queen Victoria through to Princess Diana and the most recent royal mum, the Duchess of Cambridge.
