SOCI for the 16-34 demo also is showing strong growth, up 6% year-on-year to 6.74%. A key driving force behind the SOCI growth was the performance of UKTV's original series. BBC One has ordered Head Hunters, a new quiz show fronted by Rob Beckett, for their daytime schedule. The series sees three ‘Head Hunters’ emerge from a ‘Talent Pool’ of twenty quizzers, following quick qualifying questions. To win the rolling jackpot at the end of each show, a winning Head Hunter must answer a question correctly from nine very different categories, in just 90 seconds. Read More
Channel 5's VOD service My5 has picked up the exclusive UK rights to the two-hour Being Mary Jane finale. International rights to the series, which previously aired on this side of the pond on BET International, are controlled by Channel 5's parent company Viacom.
