Exclusive: E4 Acquires UK Rights To ‘The Inbetweeners US’
EXCLUSIVE: I have just learned that Channel 4 has closed a deal to acquire the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to MTV’s adaptation of The Inbetweeners for its E4 channel. I hear that the series will air on E4 later this year and my sources are also telling me that, similarly to how Showtime’s adaptation of Shameless was titled Shameless US to differentiate it from the original, the series will appear on E4’s schedule as The Inbetweeners US.
