ITV1 has ordered a new three part crime drama from former Waking The Dead writer Declan Croghan. Life of Crime tells the story of an officer within London’s Metropolitan Police Service who is obsessed with tracking down the killer of a teenage girl.

ITV has closed a deal with Muse Entertainment and Back Alley Films to acquire the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to the six episode first season of Canadian period-drama series Bomb Girls for its ITV3 channel. The show, which is currently in production on its second season, is set to premiere in 2013.
