Comedy Central Sets UK Return Dates For ‘Mike & Molly’, ‘Two And A Half Men’ & ‘Whitney’
Comedy Central has set the UK return dates for Mike & Molly season 3, Two and a Half Men season 10 and the remaining episodes of the first season of NBC’s comedy series Whitney.

BBC America has signed up to co-produce Sky Atlantic’s recently announced mini-series based on the life of James Bond creator Ian Fleming, TVWise has learned. I hear that the 4 part mini will air as part of the network’s “Dramaville” lineup in late 2013.
MTV UK & Ireland has picked up the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to Washington Heights – the reality series which just recently started airing on the US MTV channel, it has been announced. The show’s 11 episode first season is set to receive its UK premiere on MTV later this Spring.

As part of their commitment to spend £600 million on original home-grown programming by 2014, Sky has announced a raft of drama commissions for 2013 as well as a new medical drama in development. The new dramas includes returning series and new commissions that will air across Sky Entertainment’s portfolio of channels (Sky1, Sky Atlantic, Sky Living and Sky Arts). Amongst these dramas is a fourth and final season of Mad Dogs, a mini-series based on the life of Ian Fleming for Sky Atlantic, an adaptation of Scandinavian series The Bridge, a strand of drama pilots for Sky Living and a new season of dramas for Sky Arts’ popular Playhouse Presents strand.
Syfy’s drama series Alphas will not be returning for a third season, TVWise has learned.
David Threlfall (Shameless), Russell Tovey (Him & Her), Stephen Mackintosh (Inside Men), David Bamber (The Hollow Crown), Victoria Hamilton (Toast), Indira Varma (Silk), Claudie Blakely (The Night Watch), Amber Rose Revah (The Myster of Edwin Drood), Jessica Gunning (White Heat) and Alexander Arnold (Skins) have all been cast in BBC One’s upcoming four-part drama What Remains.
The eighth season of CBS’ comedy series How I Met Your Mother will receive its UK premiere on E4 on Thursday January 31st at 8:30pm, it has been announced.
