With over 100 pilots currently in various stages of production, the five broadcast networks are set to start making decisions on which shows from the 2012-2013 season will be returning. Back by popular demand is TVWise’s broadcast TV buzz, which lists, by network, the latest industry intel (buzz if you will) on which shows will be back next year and which shows we will be saying goodbye to. We’re starting pretty early this year and as such everything is rather preliminary, so everything listed below should be taken with a grain of salt. In past years, by this time of year a good number of shows had already been granted early renewals. This year the shows that have received the early nod are The CW’s Arrow, Supernatural and The Vampire Diaries, CBS’ NCIS, The Big Bang Theory (as part of a previous deal) and How I Met Your Mother and Fox’s American Dad, Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, The Simpsons, The Following, New Girl, The Mindy Project and Raising Hope.
