ABC Family Gives 10 Episode Back Order To ‘Melissa & Joey’, Series Renewed For Season 4
ABC Family’s comedy series Melissa & Joey will now make it to the 100 episode mark. The cabler has handed a 10 episode back order for the show’s third season (slated to premiere on Wednesday May 29th at 8/7c), bringing the total number of episodes ordered for season 3 to 20. In addition, ABC Family has also renewed the series for a 20 episode fourth season.

Rob Lowe, Ginnifer Goodwin and Michelle Trachtenberg have joined the cast of the National Geographic channel’s upcoming TV movie Killing Kennedy. Lowe has been cast as President John F. Kennedy, Goodwin as First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy and Trachtenberg as Marina Oswald. Production on the two-hour TV Movie is slated to commence next month, with National Geographic eyeing a November 2013 premiere.

The third season of AMC’s drama series The Killing will premiere on Netflix UK & Ireland on Monday June 3rd, it has been announced.

Homicide: Life On The Street alum Melissa Leo has joined the cast of Fox’s upcoming 10 part event series Wayward Pines. Leo has been cast as Nurse Pam, the intense, unpredictable nurse who first takes care of Ethan when he wakes up in the Wayward Pines hospital. But it soon seems Pam may be more interested in harming than healing. She and Ethan grow into deadly rivals and her role in the town of Wayward Pines proves much deeper than it first appears. Leo joins previously announced cast member Matt Dillon (There’s Something About Mary) who plays lead character Ethan Burke.
