Sky Living has closed a deal with Sony Pictures Television to acquire the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to NBC’s upcoming drama series The Blacklist. The 13 episode series, which has the distinction of becoming the first series of the 2013-2014 season to land a UK sale, is set to premiere on Sky Living this Autumn.

A+E Networks UK’s Bio Channel To Air ‘Damages’ First Three Seasons Ahead Of Lifetime Launch

UKTV’s Yesterday Channel To Co-Produce Factual Series ‘Forbidden History’

UKTV has entered into an agreement with Like A Shot Entertainment which will see the company co-produce a new six episode factual series fronted by DJ Jamie Theakston titled Forbidden History for their Yesterday Channel. Said deal was negotiated by UKTV’s Acquisitions Executive Emma Sparks after being ordered by Adrian Wills, General Manager of Yesterday. Forbidden History is set to air on Yesterday later this year.
