TNT is plotting a second civil war. The network has handed out a pilot order to Civil, an hour-long drama pilot from Allen Coulter and Scott Smith which tells the story of the United States devolving into a modern day Civil War as a result of the increased polarization in US politics. 
Scream Queens star Niecy Nash has landed the lead role in TNT's hour-long dramedy pilot Claws, which hails from Rashida Jones, Will McCormack and their production company Le Train Train, TVWise has learned. 
Fox is developing Haunted, an hour-long horror drama loosely based on the book The Demon of Brownsville Road by Bob Cranmer which hails from The Devil Inside writer/director William Brent Bell and Gang Related's Chris Morgan, TVWise has learned. 
FX has handed out a pilot order to Legion, an hour-long drama project from Marvel Television, FX Productions and Fargo executive producer Noah Hawley, TVWise has learned. 
Miss Marple is following in the footsteps of Sherlock Holmes CBS is teaming up with Spooks creator David Wolstencroft to develop an hour-long drama series based on Agatha Christie's Miss Marple series of novels and stories, but in a twist, rather than strictly following the lore of the original stories it will be a contemporary take and will follow a young Miss Marple. 
Fox has handed out a hefty put pilot commitment to Lethal Weapon, a TV reboot of the feature film series of the same name which starred Mel Gibson and Danny Glover, TVWise has learned. 
The A Team may be heading back to television. Rights holder 20th Century Fox Television is teaming up with Gang Related creator Chris Morgan and Sleepy Hollow's Albert Kim to develop a reboot of Stephen J. Cannell's classic 1980s procedural The A Team, TVWise has confirmed.
