Fox Developing Medical Drama From ‘Homeland’ EP Howard Gordon & ‘Bones’ Scribe Nkechi Okoro Carroll
Homeland and 24 executive producer Howard Gordon is teaming with Bones scribe Nkechi Okoro Carroll for a new medical drama which has landed at Fox with a script commitment with significant penalty attached 
Olivia Thirlby (The Wedding Ringer) has signed on for a co-starring role opposite Billy Bob Thornton in Trial, The Practice creator David E. Kelley's newest drama project which is set up at Amazon Studios.
Amazon Prime Instant Video UK has acquired the streaming rights to The Walking Dead spin-off Fear The Walking Dead after striking a deal with international distributor Entertainment One (eOne). The series will be available on the streaming service in 2016, following the first window broadcast on AMC UK. 
Backstrom star Dennis Haysbert has been tapped for a series regular role in Syfy's “futuristic espionage” pilot Incorporated, which hails from Matt Damon and Ben Affleck’s Pearl Street Productions, CBS Television Studios and Universal Cable Productions. Other cast additions include Stargate alum David Hewlett and Ian Tracey. 
A+E Networks has promoted long-time marketing and communications executive Anna Priest to the position of Vice-President of Global Brands. In her new role, Priest will be responsible for setting the company’s 3-5 year global brand strategies and marketing plans. She will also review new ways to develop and expand the growth and impact of A+E Networks and will champion the company’s global corporate social responsibility programmes. As VP of Global Brands, she will report to Amanda Hill, A+E Networks' Chief Creative Officer, International.
