Fox’s ‘Rosewood’ Gets Order For Three Additional Scripts
Fox has ordered three additional scripts for Wednesday night procedural Rosewood, which has turned out to be a surprise hit for the network. Vimeo is officially moving into original programming. After testing the waters with a number of projects over the past couple of years, the video-on-demand platform is upping their level of investment and has unveiled their first ever slate of original programming. Said slate includes three programmes: the second season of The Outs; Darby Forever, a short film from Saturday Night Live alum Aidy Bryant; and Bianca Del Rio’s Rolodex of Hate Comedy Special: Live from Austin. Alias star Carl Lumbly is checking into Chicago Med. The veteran character actor, who played Sydney Bristow's (Jennifer Garner) partner Marcus Dixon on all five seasons of Alias, has landed a recurring role on the Chicago Fire spin-off, TVWise has learned. He will play Bert Goodwin, the husband of Gaffney Chicago Medical Center administrator Sharon (S. Epatha Merkerson).
